Software

The software on this site is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind. On demo accounts it works without a license. On live accounts it requires a license tied to your trading account number.

License

A license is issued free of charge for accounts opened with a partner broker through our partner link, and remains valid while the account stays in the broker's partner program. We may decline or revoke a license if the account leaves the partner program.

Risk disclosure

Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The software is a tool for executing your own decisions; it does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee profits. You remain fully responsible for your trading.

Limitation of liability

The software and the licensing service are provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, algotrading-in.com is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the software or from the inability to use it — including trading losses, missed profits, order execution errors, platform or connection failures, and interruptions of the license service. By requesting a license you confirm that you accept these terms and use the software at your own risk.

Cashback

Cashback is paid by the broker under the broker's own terms. We are not a party to the payment and are not responsible for the broker's services.
